Let us know if you have not received this yet.

I have not received my invitation
Tammy Port - Pathable
10:34
Hi Steven - I just resent it to you.
Leanne Batchelder
10:55
Is this zoom call covering the same content as the 20 minute video tutorial that we had access to from the email? The agenda looks the same, so wanted to check
Tammy Port - Pathable
11:38
Hi Leanne - it is very similar information, yes, but there will be opportunity to ask any questions and receive any special updates by the LTEN event team.
Leanne Batchelder
12:10
Gotcha. Thank you! The tutorial was very helpful!
Christine Gaudet - LTEN
21:00
Please do ask the real experts any questions you have while we have them online. :)
Amy
21:01
Hi Rachel! How do we pre-record and on what platform?
Tammy Port - Pathable
21:47
Hi Amy - Christine can advise if there are any specific instructions. Often times speakers utilize zoom to record sessions if you don't have another preferred method.
Leanne Batchelder
22:10
So for those of us presenting live, in Denver, for a workshop and/or learning lab, we don't have to worry about pre-recording, using polls, or be in the platform during our sessions. Correct?
Christie Spadafora
22:24
Can you clarify - are ALL sessions pre-recorded, or are some "live" virtually?
Tammy Port - Pathable
22:49
Leanne - Christine and the LTEN team can advise regarding this question.
Tammy Port - Pathable
23:07
Hi Christine - some sessions are live in Denver and some are virtual is my understanding.
Leanne Batchelder
23:08
But you'd still like us to upload our session materials to the platform. That is the only thing required?
Gina Smith
27:20
Thinking sessions will run shorter with the prerecord/less opportunities for live interactions. Will that be an issue?
oliva
27:21
Will using the poll this way cause participants to be on different points of the video timeline?
Tammy Port - Pathable
28:24
Hi Olivia - anyone can start or stop their video or join late and start later than someone else, so you really won't be able to control keeping everyone at the same point, although expect that most will likely be on track.
iPhone
29:42
Would it work when recoding to say something like a common response is blah blah
Alexis Robin
32:02
How will we know what time our virtual session is being broadcast?
Tammy Port - Pathable
32:38
Hi Alexis - there is a date and time associated with each session and you can see that on the Agenda page on Pathable.
Alexis Robin
33:17
I found our session on the agenda page for the live session, but not the virtual. So that time is on Pathable? (Apologies I arrived a little late so may have missed it)
oliva
33:20
Can Live Participants sit down and watch one of our virtual presentations during the meeting days?
oliva
34:08
TY
Alexis Robin
37:37
One more question. The polls are only for the virtual folks right?
Tammy Port - Pathable
38:06
Hi Alexis - attendees with the app can respond to polls onsite so it's really up to you.
Tammy Port - Pathable
40:27
Hi Gina - the communication was sent to you and I can send it again. Please note that the manage button will be on your session page, not your profile.
Alexis Robin
41:02
Thanks Tammy, so we could add some questions early around what challenges are you having with xyz? And then address those in the live sessions? Just thinking of ways to get people excited in advance.
Tammy Port - Pathable
41:38
Hi Alexis, you can prime those comments in chat or add those in polls, certainly.
Tammy Port - Pathable
42:15
If you want individuals to respond to those polls prior to your session, then make those polls visible prior to your session start time.
Nannette Nolan
43:23
Yes, through the Conversations tab.
oliva
43:55
For an audience to help during the pre-record, we could just send invites from the Zoom/Webex app, correct?
Alexis Robin
44:36
Is there a limit on time for virtual sessions? Sounds like 20 min? vs. a Carbon copy of the live session.
Tammy Port - Pathable
45:03
Hi Alexis - the session length would be a question for the LTEN team.
Alexis Robin
46:40
Got it! Thanks!
oliva
47:02
Do you recommend a 50-minute recording to allow chat afterwards?
Christie Spadafora
49:13
Can both presenters use the chat at the same time if we are doing a co-presentation workshop / submitted it with 2 presenters?
Tammy Port - Pathable
50:27
Rachel's example site is being used for the presentation/training - the event will be held on a site specific for the LTEN event.
Steven Just
50:41
What is the deadline for uploading our video?
Nannette Nolan
50:51
Can presenters login into two devices at once?
Tammy Port - Pathable
51:05
Hi Christie - yes, all presenters can use the chat; you would do so logged in under your individual profiles.
Nannette Nolan
51:06
I.e the app and on their browsers
Tammy Port - Pathable
51:26
The event is not set up currently with a restriction to prevent being logged in on multiple devices.
Nannette Nolan
54:18
You could theoretically break it up and embed live chat segments for the live audience
Christie Spadafora
56:29
Thank you!
Terence Pillainayagam
57:54
Thank you all!
Julie Stowers
58:09
Thanks everyone!
